Olde Fashioned Christmas was started 1976 by the business owners of Thornbury as a way for business owners to celebrate the holiday season with the town residents. Now almost 40 years later the event has grown into an all-day Christmas tradition for the families of Thornbury as well as a significant number of visitors from across Ontario. Attendance is estimated to be between 1000 - 1500 visitors throughout the day taking part in a number of events.

The Artisan Market was added to the daytime festivities in 2015 and proved a successful venue for many exhibitors. This is not a flea market environment and all artisans/vendors featured in this market must produce their own products. Priority will be given to artisans and vendors within a 100 km radius of Thornbury. The final location of the market is being determined based on demand and will be confirmed to vendors on or before December 1st, 2015.

Exhibitor fees are due in cash or cheque no later than 12:00 pm Saturday, December 10, 2016. Please address any questions to Sarah McNulty at eventsthornbury@gmail.com or 705.888.4249.  All applications due by October 31st, 2016. Successful applicants will be confirmed via email on or before November 20, 2015.

Please note: This is a curated market, as such not all applicants may be accepted.
All completed Vendor Agreement forms will be reviewed by the Steering Committee. All products to be offered for sale shall be juried by the Steering Committee to ensure they are indeed produced by the applicant, are of high quality and are compatible with the other products sold at the market.
